McEuen Currents
The City entered in an agreement with Miller/Stauffer Architects (A.K.A. Team McEuen) for architectural and engineering services for the park improvement plans presented to the City Council on March 6, 2012. Miller/Stauffer Architects was given a notice to proceed effective March 22, 2012.
The notice to proceed to begin construction on the south parking lot was issued on September 6th and work was finished in December for the 2012 project.
The City advertised for bids on February 1st and 9th, 2013
Non-mandatory Pre-bid meeting was held on February 13th, 2013 at 10:00am in the Library Community Room
Bid Opening was changed to March 5th, 2013 at 10 a.m.
A Special Council Meeting was held on March 7th, 2013.
Contractors Northwest was the low bidder at $14,808,800.
Construction has begun on McEuen Park!!!
